Quantum Coaching

Personal development

Frequency wellness sessions

Remote AO Scanner services

AO Gut Trio system education and wellness support

These services are designed for personal development, energetic wellness, and education—not for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Non-Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

Elevate-U-Coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

AO Scans, quantum coaching, frequency work, and related tools are not substitutes for professional medical care.

All recommendations or insights are for wellness and informational purposes only.

You should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. AO Scanner Use & Responsibilities

3.1 Remote AO Scans

If we perform scans on your behalf, you agree to provide accurate information including:

Name

Photo

Voice sample

Date of birth

Height & weight

Wellness questionnaire responses

These are required for the Solex AO system to generate reports.

3.2 Client-Owned AO Scanner Devices

If you purchase a scanner through our affiliate/network marketing link:

All device operations, data handling, software, and report generation are the responsibility of Solex LLC.

Elevate-U-Coaching is not liable for device performance, platform errors, or outcomes related to Solex systems.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during your coaching or wellness sessions. Exceptions may occur only when:

Required by law

There is a risk of harm to you or others

You provide explicit consent to share information

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in any Elevate-U-Coaching service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information

Use AO scan results and coaching recommendations responsibly

Acknowledge that results vary between individuals

Understand that services are for wellness, energetic support, and education only

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services are processed through third-party platforms. Elevate-U-Coaching does not store or manage payment information.

Refund policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate-U-Coaching is not liable for:

Medical or wellness decisions you make

Interpretations or use of AO scan results

Actions you take based on coaching guidance

Issues arising from third-party platforms or AO scanner devices

You agree to use all services at your own discretion and responsibility.
